Upcoming Events –
Wednesday, February 22 – I’ll be speaking at the Exceptional Entrepreneurs meeting at Embassy Suites in East Peoria, at 100 Conference Center Drive. This group is for anyone who runs his own business or would like to start one. Lunch can be ordered from a menu but no purchase is required. Meeting starts at 11:30 a.m. and ends around 1 p.m. Come late or leave early if you need to. I’ll be covering the services I offer and also some opportunities for collaboration with other businesses.
Saturday, May 19 - from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. I’ll be appearing at the 2012 Local Author Day at the Peoria Public Library Main Library in the beautifully renovated Auditorium (107 N.E. Monroe St). All of us local authors will have our books available for purchase. Simple Gifts will help your child do better in school and Music FUNdamentals will teach your child all about music (includes game cards and listening CD).

Thursday, Sept. 21 – Presentation on improving both your writing and your public speaking at the September meeting of Authors of the Heartland, open to the public, at the North Branch of the Peoria Public Library, 3001 W. Grand Parkway, Peoria, behind Menard’s.
Saturday, Sept. 10 – Presentation on common misconceptions about forgiveness, at 11 a.m. at Methodist Medical Center, Peoria, Room G303. Sometimes, forgiveness is difficult, but it’s a whole lot easier when we strip away the misconceptions.
Saturday, Aug. 27 – Book Signing at I Know You Like a Book, 4707 N. Prospect Road, Peoria Heights. Copies of Simple Gifts, my guide for helping your students do better in school, were available for purchase.
