better relationships at work or at home, better writing for your business, better presentations. -Caryl Schlicher, Communication Specialist
Interpersonal Communication: Regardless of whether your concern is employee performance or a specific challenge in your personal life, I specialize in partnering with you to create real change and a better sense of direction. I have the training and experience to help you get the results you want. In all cases, I hold to the highest standards of privacy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Writing & Editing: If you want to accelerate your career, grow your business, or increase professionalism through the written word, I can help with organizing, writing, editing, or proofreading, whether we’re improving web text, brochures, manuals, speeches, business plans, articles, resumes, books, online training modules, sales/fundraising letters, or PowerPoint screens. I also provide consultation for other writers and editors.
Public Speaking: If you want to improve as a presenter, my coaching can improve both content and delivery, and boost your self-confidence.
In the business world, we often use the terms leadership development and professional development training, but I don’t use those terms because I have defined my offerings even more specifically, so that you can feel confident about the benefits of my services.
